Certified medical patients registered in Washington’s Medical Cannabis Authorization Database shopping at any of our 5 locations receive:
- No Sales tax on any cannabis products
- No 37% Excise tax on DOH-compliant cannabis products
- Higher purchase limits: Medical cannabis patients may purchase up to three times the legal limit as recreational users. Medical limits are as follows:
- Three ounces of useable cannabis (flower)
- 21 grams of cannabis concentrates
- 48 ounces of solid-form edibles infused with cannabis
- 216 ounces of cannabis-infused edible liquid products
How to Become a Recognized Patient
After obtaining a valid medical cannabis authorization form from a Washington State healthcare practitioner, visit any of our five locations. One of our Medical Cannabis Consultants will enter your information into the state database and issue your WA Medical Marijuana Recognition Card for just $1.
What to bring:
- Your medical cannabis authorization form signed by a healthcare practitioner
- A valid photographic Washington State ID
- Juvenile Patients (under 18) must be accompanied by a Designated Provider who is over 21 and is the minor’s legal guardian

To provide the highest level of customer service to all customers, our Medical Cannabis Consultants may not be available to issue medical cards on 420 and major holidays.

Finding a Practitioner Near You
According to the Washington State Department of Health (DOH), you must visit a licensed practitioner — e.g. an MD, DO, PA, ARNP, or ND — who will perform an in-person evaluation and, if appropriate, complete the official authorization form. There is no public list of practitioners who provide these evaluations. A good first step is to contact your doctor or a local clinic and ask, “Do you issue medical cannabis authorizations under RCW 69.51A?” If not, ask whether they can refer you. Using a search engine such as Google is also an option.

YES. Ages 18–20: Must be a qualifying patient and registered into the state database. Under 18 has the same guidelines as above and in addition must be accompanied by their designated provider who must be their parent/guardian.

- Have their own authorization paperwork tied to the patient
- Be entered into the state medical cannabis registry and have a recognition card
- Can only serve one patient at a time
- Cannot use the patient’s cannabis themselves
- Purchase medical cannabis for the patient
- Grow plants on the patient’s behalf
- Renew registry cards for severely ill patients under “compassionate care renewal.”
